Getting Started - Personal Training
Our first hour meeting will consist of us getting to know each other, as well, we will discuss nutrition, Cardio Vascular conditioning, Resistance training and what your goals are.
Then, we will come up with a plan on how to best achieve those goals. If you like, we can do before and after photo's as well as measurements during your Fitness Journey.
Once this is done, we will schedule our next appointment and get busy making you into the person you wanted to see in the mirror or take you to the next step with regards to competition.
Once we start to train together, you will be amazed at how fast an hour will go by as I teach you safe and effective exercises and how to complete them properly. It is important to realize that your weight loss goals need to be realistic and to remember that you didn't put it on overnight therefore it won't come off overnight. It will be hard work, sweat, soreness, but in the end it will pay off......we look forward to meeting with you and helping you on your Fitness Journey.

Consultation $36.75
1 on 1: Pay as you go $65.00
1 on 1: 3 Sessions, Upfront $180.00
1 on 1: 13 session contract $715.00
2 on 1 (Partner Training): Pay as you go $100.00
2 on 1 (Partner Training): 14 session contract $1260.00
